I saw improvement quickly at first. I am experiencing much less gas and bloating. My bowels firmed up, but lately, even though I am still much less gassy, my bowels have gone back to very loose. I know my issues are in part or mostly related to stress, which hasn't really changed, but I still plan to give this product the full 90 days and see what happens. I have been having these issues for a few years, so I can't expect complete healing of my gut in less than 30 days. I am taking it along with Total Restore, which I started 2 months earlier.
