I purchased a custom ring with my anniversary date on it. It was delivered and upon opening the package and inspection, I noticed the date was wrong. I contacted Groove and had an automated phone call. I was directed to a link for returns. The link denied my return due to it being custom. Missy emailed a couple of days later. Missy corrected the mistake and now has a new one on the way.
