I was going to place an order with Petlab Co. for joint chews for a friend's dog. I decided to pay with my PayPal account, but never finished submitting the order because I decided to check with my friend first. She explained that her dog was already taking two supplements that her vet had recommended and she didn't want the chews from Petlab. I never submitted the order, but left the items in my basket. Somehow Petlab was able to complete the order and get the money from PayPal. I didn't realize it until I received my bill from Discover, and saw the charge. I called and the young lady, Christine, said the system was down and she would get back to me later. I wanted a shipping label to return their chews unopened as soon as I received them. She said she did cancel my "subscription" so there would be no further charges made to my account. However, I am still out the $49.37 initially charged to my account for an order I never submitted.
BUYERS BEWARE! Do NOT leave an incomplete order on the Petlab website, or the same thing may happen to you! I went to the BBB website and saw a complaint just like mine! Petlab does not have BBB accreditation.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
