I placed an order for 2 bottles and was so sad when only one arrived. I waited to make sure that the second was not sent separately, as suggested in the FAQs on the website. When it did not, I emailed customer service with information. Fellow-up was friendly and timely and my missing Jameson will be on the way soon! As a newer member of the Flaviar community, I appreciate the follow-up service that I received. Looking forward to my next tasting box!
