Had a small (very small) issue that necessitated contacting customer service. I sent one email (one!), and I received an immediate reply, an excellent explanation and a little "fixer" to make the whole experience that much nicer. Spot on customer service is worth gold to me - life is too short to settle for less. Concierge service - done flawlessly!
