I am new to Flaviar and ordered my first taste box with a bottle of Teeling. These were both delayed due to high volume during our recent crisis. So I emailed Flaviar regarding my order and the concierge, Nina, answered got back right away. The very next day I received notification that both items were processed and being shipped to me. Nina worked very hard to get everything right and was very professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend anytime you have concerns to email them. I am very satisfied with everything and will definitely recommend to anyone.
