My ring was shipped on time so I was very pleased with that! On accident, the wrong size was sent, so I emailed customer support about the problem and Kimberly not only responded back quickly, but is shipping out the right ring size without putting me through the trouble of shipping the wrong size back! I was so impressed that I shared the email with my friend at work who said he would definitely be ordering his wedding ring with this awesome company. Great customer service!
