I had ordered a Groove ring back in 2016 that my wife has worn intermittently over the last few years. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020...and when chemotherapy started (and the swelling that came with it) she was unable to wear a metal ring. I looked everywhere for our Groove ring, but could not find it. An email to Groove, explaining the situation, was promptly answered by Kimberly. She not only replaced the ring free of charge, she sent a personal note of sympathy about our situation and included an additional gift in our shipment. That is truly an employee who goes above and beyond, and a company that empowers workers to do the "right thing." Groove has me as a customer for life!
