I wrote a review on the rings I ordered and pc received. My comments were not negative but I was pointing out something in my mystery ring. I was contacted by Christy via e-mail. I was sent a non-mystery ring one time of my choice. My review wasn't meant to complain but simply point out. I was surprised and thankful for the excellent customer service. This showed me they really care about customer satisfaction.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
