    Blames everything on COVID-19

    Overall Experience:

    "Bought" the new ONE DROP REWIND. I was able to order one hour before it was offered to the public at 11 am. Ordered it at 10:35 am. Got a "thank you for your order." Then I receive an e-mail saying it is shipped. Then get another one saying it sold out faster than anticipated. Do not know when it will be back in.

    Trying to get supplies to make it. NOT SMART ENOUGH to realize if you can not make it don't sell it.

    MY THOUGHTS, California patients willing to spend the big bucks got it because they have to keep them happy.

    Customer service thinks the docs walk on water. Don't waste your time.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
