    TAPfit

    Company wouldn't send refund after I returned product

    In February, I ordered TAPfit because I thought it would be a lot of fun to do. My order didn't arrive until late March while I was in lockdown. When I received the product I was disappointed for several reasons. There was supposed to be DVDs, which because I don't have great internet, was important. What I got was rubbers with taps and a wrinkled paper with some web addresses. I requested a return number and got it. Yes, I knew there would be restocking and I would lose $30 for restocking or whatever, but I returned them at my expense - insured and tracked. They tracking indicated they were received, but no refund. So I went through PayPal - dispute denied, then I went to my credit card company - again refund denied. Don't know what they are telling the banks, but they got the return!

    Don't order from these CROOKS. If they say you can return it they give you a return slip and you agree to pay the restocking THEY DON'T MEAN IT. I am now out $74.00 refund and $18.00 for shipping to return the item. The email to me said they would credit me.

    The email said:

    "We just want to let you know that our warehouse already received your returned package. Also, a refund of $74 was already submitted.

    You should receive an email from us regarding the refund.

    If you need anything else, please let us know. :)

    Don't expect good service from them! I never got my refund even though they said it was processed!

    Pros and Cons:

    • Product was not the quality I expected
    • Product did not include parts that I expected

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Hi Patricia, We apologize that your TAPfit System was delayed. Unfortunately during COVID when you placed your order, due to quarantine protocols, our warehouse operated with reduced staff so shipping and receiving was slower than usual and we did experience delays.

      We dispatch immediately now and our carriers and postal services are not experiencing any delays.

      Refunds can take up to 7 days to be received into your account, depending on your bank. I can see from our communications with you that your refund has been processed.
