Hello everybody!
Due to the worldwide pandemic situation and a financial hardship I decided to cancel my Glossybox subscription and what a turnaround I received from the company! They started making excuses, changed the date on my sent message and finally charged me $22.68 for a very poorly prepared box (it is truly the worst box I’ve ever received from any other company, and I receive lots of different boxes). It was going back and forth with them and I received just standard messages about not meeting the cancellation date but I DID (I received a confirmation email with the correct date and time and took a few print screens when I sent the original message). Glossybox nowadays is not a serious, reliable company.
