After canceling this membership, I got an email saying they were sorry to see me go and that they were switching me "to a FREE lifetime membership, starting on: June 10. This means that you will only be billed one more time and then you'll have full access to the Trim Down Club for life!"
So, despite canceling, they CHARGED me again anyway! Bogus!

I would be happy to clarify that the service team offered Free Lifetime Membership after one more payment, but if the offer does not interest you, of course we will cancel your account. I am sorry that was not clear. I would be happy to refund that last payment as well.
