    Disappointed and angry that this is a suspected SCAM!

    Overall Experience:

    Hi,

    I have not yet received my 2 orders.

    I ordered on May 7th. It seems that it has been a long time. Perhaps the postal system is struggling with the changes the pandemic has brought upon us.

    Anyway, here are the orders that I placed: Can you help me out, please?

    Sales Order: 327917862/BH4143039 (I received an email saying it was shipped May 11, 2020).

    Item: BHMDDRC 6 bottles.

    Sales Order: 327917398/BH 4143033 (I received an email saying it was shipped May 11, 2020).

    Item: BHMDDRC 6 bottles.

    P.S. I have tried to track these orders, however, the tracking page has an error and does not open up.

    Every time I try to send an email to you it is rejected by the Mailer Daemon.

    If you aren't going to honor my order or refund the money I spent on your product, I will let everyone I know on social media what you are up to.

    I expect an answer to this email. If I do not hear from you, I won't trouble you again, but commence with my own plan to inform your possible customer base.

I understand that you are unable to track your package on the link provided in the email, but I am happy to say that you may also track its status on the official United States Postal Service website. It arrived on May 21 in Canada and then arrived at the post office on June 17. Please email me at sam@beverlyhillsmd.com so that we may be updated on the status of your order together.
