UTIs are the worst. You have to get them treated right away but what doctor's office ever has availability that soon? None, so you schlep all the way to urgent care and wait for hours so an overworked doctor can rush through your visit, make you take a pee test even though you KNOW what's wrong and then charge you 5x the cost of a normal visit just so you can get medicine that you know you need to a problem you know you have.
Not with Lemonaid. I signed up for their service, answered a few questions about my symptoms from my phone in 15 minutes. Because I live in MA, visits require a phone call so the NP, Dina called me outside to business hours to make sure I was seen ASAP. She was kind, bubbly, and empathetic on the phone and after a brief chat, sent the prescription to my local pharmacy and the medical literature to my email. All right away and all for less than it would normally cost me to visit the doctor for a check-up. I have recommended this service to all my friends and will definitely use it again.
