It has been a nice experience, sometimes it's frustrating because it takes so long for my sample to arrive in the mail and it does not smell how I wanted. Or they said what I want isn't available anymore so I may be canceling my subscription soon.

In addition, because our fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, the shipments can take up to ten business days to be delivered in ground shipping.
