I've worked with several counselors and therapists over the last 2 decades. BetterHelp was truly better. The platform allowed me the human interaction I desired but also information and worksheets that helped me understand my problems and how I could solve them. Putting all this in one place helped me connect to the solutions in a way I have never been able to do before.
