Vroom corrected the mistake and I received the check for the difference. I received several follow-up calls and emails and appreciated their commitment to ensure I was satisfied. We agreed that communication to me could have been improved and they would research and correct what went wrong in this transaction.

I traded a vehicle in for another from Vroom, since the vehicle I traded was worth more than the one I bought, Vroom owed me about $11K. It has been over 3 weeks and no check, just runarounds from their Support process.
