I absolutely love BetterHelp.com. I love the platform and my therapist is amazing. She has been able to help me see all the different sides of my issues. She has also helped when I have felt down. She is very prompt and I love that I can contact her whenever and not have to wait just for my next appointment time.
The website gives my therapist the ability to send me worksheets and papers to work toward my goals as well as setting personal goals to keep me accountable.
I also really like the groupinars this site puts on. They can elaborate on the information you are working with your therapist and it gives an opportunity to connect with others that are in a similar situation.
