So far, I'm noticing a balancing of energy.
I've lost about a pound or two, but mostly, I love how light I feel. I do not feel the need to over or under eat.
Despite not getting the sleep I should be, I'm finding my body's ability to maintain is stronger than what I'm used to. I'm excited to continue noting how it works.
