I purchased this product for my wife, daughter, and oldest grandson because they all have digestive problems. My wife has been taking it for a while now and has only good things about her results. It does help her have bowel movements, better digestion, better energy, just better, period. I am so pleased. I can say the same for my daughter. As for my grandson, getting him to talk is something else too. But it is helping too.
