You can share your journal entries with your counselor, which I do routinely. He replies quickly, often mirroring my entry back well enough that it feels as though my journal is talking back to me. Maybe that's what keeps me at it. The combination of the journal and the responsive counselor has led me to ask new questions of myself, which makes me hopeful of finding some new answers to help me navigate the intersection.
