I have had no problems with the products from this company in the past. This review is strictly about the Flawless Nu Razor. I got it yesterday and tried but it did not give me anything close to a smooth shave, a waste of money. Come to further find out their customer service is really bad. From not answering the phone to keeping you on hold for over 35 minutes. I was told by Bob that because of COVID-19 I could do whatever I want with the razor. That my full refund will be back on my card in 2 to 3 days. Meanwhile, I sent six emails to the email listed all of the emails including when I was talking to Bob. I'll come back saying I've reached them after business hours which is after 11 am Chicago time, obviously they were open because I talked to Bob. Very sorry I made this purchase, will not be doing business with this company anymore due to poor customer service. Any product that I buy I'll buy from Amazon or Walmart where I can return it with no problem.
