This company has been stealing from customer accounts (read the reviews - sadly I’m far from alone), and when you try to get your money returned, it is a nightmare. It no longer is about the $230+ stolen - it is the principle that they had no right to take that unauthorized and from a canceled subscription. I'm not just going to give up and let them keep what was stolen from my account. Thieves! This has been going on since FEBRUARY and I'M STILL FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY TO BE RIGHTFULLY RETURNED TO ME. "Customer Service" has promised that I would have it back in "3-5 working days" at least a half-dozen different times...fingers crossed that this time it's not a lie. Again.
