Excellent
- Length of Use: Less than 3 months
Overall Experience:

I have benefitted tremendously. Having access to a weekly virtual therapy session has helped. My counselor is incredible.
Pros and Cons:
- The ability to communicate in many ways
- The convenience
- Plenty of time slots to choose from for a video session
- I really think half an hour sessions are not beneficial
- Please consider 60 min or longer sessions as in a traditional model
- Please increase the video/call time
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
