I had a bad experience with two companies prior to calling NewDay. Your rep Chaz was totally different. He kept us informed of progress on our account and actually did better in the end than he had predicted he would do.
He was polite and consistent in his updates and when he said something would happen, it happened. We closed and are very pleased with the result.
