BetterHelp has set me up with an amazing therapist. Their cost is already low, but since I am low income, I qualify for their financial aid program and get a discount. Which is amazing.
You get weekly appointments with your therapist for up to 55 minutes if you request it. Otherwise the sessions are weekly at 30 minutes. You also have unlimited access to message your therapist on their platform. And your therapist will actually respond to your messages in between sessions.
In addition, they have a journal section where you can write out your thoughts and choose to keep it private or share it with your therapist automatically. Great resource. I highly recommend them. Give them a try! You won't be sorry.
