    Overall Experience:

    When my VitaPulse first arrived a few months ago, I began taking one every morning before breakfast. I felt I had more energy and was more focused. After a week, I noticed that I had sleep trouble. I would stay up past my usual bedtime actively involved in a task around the house or on the computer. I was NOT tired. Then I forced myself to go to bed, but I wasn't sleepy. When I finally fell to sleep, I would wake every 2-3 hours. I thought it was stress or worry, but I stopped taking the VitaPulse to see if that improved my sleep. It did and it didn't. I was sleepy at night, but still woke every 3 hours. I just began taking the VitaPulse again, only I take one every 2-3 days and my sleep is better. I get sleepy at night and I stay asleep for 5 - 6 hours. Next week I will increase to one VitaPulse every day and see if my sleep patterns will remain the same.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
