BetterHelp has been a great adjunct to my other support team during the pandemic. My counselor was very skillful and gave me great help during a stressful time. I encountered a few technical glitches, but they were quickly resolved. The customer service is awesome. I would recommend it, especially if you can afford it during this time. (They also offer a discount when needed.)
