I was feeling overwhelmed by life and felt that I needed therapy, at least have someone to help me sort through what I was going through. I couldn't go to an in-office therapist because I have young children and child care is a challenge. I found BetterHelp and it has been the best discovery for me. My counselor is AMAZING! I love that I can chat with her throughout the week, even if we do not have a scheduled call. I can just share with her my thoughts and feelings, and she can respond whenever she checks in. I also love that I can make the note urgent to get her attention if need be. That is probably my favorite part of BetterHelp.
