Initially, I was paired with a counselor that wasn't very understanding of my situation, thankful to BetterHelp for following it through with me and finding someone who has been really amazing. I almost just left feeling very lost and broken but I am very glad that I took their advice and tried someone new because now I am really on the road to recovery, I feel relief from having someone to listen to me, to understand and I have the training to do that will finally help me get on track.
