I have used this service for an acne visit, and recently for a refill for my two different migraine medicines. They are thorough in asking questions but have made the process easy and streamlined. Once you answer all the questions, they will do a video chat or phone call based on where you live and call your Rx to a pharmacy or mail it to you. They have a large staff of doctors and nurses and always get back to you if you have any questions. Overall I think it's a great app and service.
