I’ve only been part of the BetterHelp community for a couple of weeks, and I’ve already seen so many positive changes. My counselor is open and genuine, and always provided a safe space for me to process. She also sends me worksheets to reflect on throughout the week. In between sessions, I take advantage of the webinars, and have learned SO much from them. I love how easy it is to manage the app, and how credible all the sources are.
