    Overall Experience:

    I'm trying to get help and it has been two days without a response. I paid a lot of money and I feel completely scammed at this point. It's disgusting! I'm so angry!

    Pros and Cons:

    • No “pros” were specified in this review
    • My consoler hasn't been responding to me and it's supposed to be 24/7 service
    • I don't like the app, it's kinda clunky

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
