I've been hesitant to start therapy for a long time but BetterHelp makes it convenient, affordable, and has many options. If you don't connect with your therapist, they will rematch you to another until you are happy, but my first match was wonderful. I love being able to have my sessions over video from the comfort of my own home. Between sessions, my therapist sends me worksheets to go through some of the issues we touch on in our sessions as well as tips for other things I can do to help my healing.
