I haven't been a subscriber for long, but my experience so far has been great. I understand mistakes happen, but the real test for any business is how those mistakes get corrected. I ran into an issue where I purchased a product that was no longer available. My customer service rep responded in a timely manner and with a great attitude. She refunded my account AND added a $5 credit toward my next purchase. I already used that credit.
