Overall Experience:

My girl hasn’t been on it long enough to tell if it is going to help her. It is easy to give and she seems to like the flavor.
Pros and Cons:
- Easy to give
- She likes the flavor
- The jar I got was outdated in 2018
- Did not get what I paid for
- Can’t be beneficial if the nutritional value is decreased
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
