BetterHelp is a great and affordable way to receive help, especially during this pandemic, or even when you’re just really busy. I love that it’s mobile and my counselor messages me all of the time. It’s like we are texting back and forth and I like it a lot. It’s a modern spin on therapy without offices or feeling like you’re crazy. It’s a judgment-free zone and the journal that you can keep on the app is my favorite. I can send the journal entry to the counselor or just have it there to allow myself to vent.
