This is such a great platform. I find it very convenient to schedule quiet time in the comfort of my home rather than have to commute to get to an appointment. It feels more private meeting this way as well. The questionnaire I filled out really did nail it on the head when matching me up with a counselor. I love my counselor and I'm so grateful to have this service. It is so easy to send messages whenever you want, to journal online and share, the video/sound quality is very good, and I like that I get reminders before my session to get ready. We all could use a little help every now and then to see things from a different perspective and to help us grow on our journey. I highly recommend BetterHelp.
