I love the ease with which I can contact my counselor and the timely manner she gets back to me. BetterHelp sends me private messages to ensure I am feeling truly helped and supported by my counselor. I can reach out and schedule chats whenever I need to. Mostly I text my counselor though and that has made all the difference from traditional counseling for me.
