Overall Experience:

My daughter needed a therapist ASAP, but with her work schedule, it could take weeks before she got the help she so desperately needed. I researched online therapy and decided to suggest she give BetterHelp a try. Within hours of my daughter showing up in great emotional distress, she was texting with a licensed therapist...
Pros and Cons:
- Was able to get in touch with therapist within the day
- Ability to text with therapist works well in our world
- Was displeased with therapist, and was able to switch to a different therapist
- Hesitant to spend money initially, but after time consider it smart way to spend the money
- Didn’t like therapist I was matched with, but easily chose another
- Wasted a week with therapist who was unresponsive, but customer service was excellent and credited my account for a week
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
