Overall Experience:

I am happy, and I really do mean happy, about my experience with BetterHelp. The service I was provided helped me in a time where I felt lost and felt the best solution was to seek professional assistance in a problem-solution scenario. This has taught me to be a better person and more stable so that I can focus on what I want to focus on throughout the day and better my relationship with others around me.
Pros and Cons:
- The quality of the person I was partnered with
- The accessibility to talk to my counselor even though I live across the world
- The availability of the counselor
- The cost, but I understand that it's the quality I am paying for, therefore I overlook it
- I wanted to talk to other counselors, but I'm not sure if that will help or confuse me
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
