My ring started to split. I wear this ring every day and have fit for close to two years. I contacted Groove, via email. Each time I got a response it was with a different employee. I normally wouldn't like that but they were all awesome, obviously communicated with each other and in no time at all my replacement ring was on its way. Awesome, awesome company and people!
