I have been extremely impressed with BetterHelp. They offer a really convenient and affordable option. The allocated counselor has been brilliant, but I could have changed if I hadn't thought it was a good fit.
My counselor and I message, as well as have face-to-face sessions. Knowing that she is there and I can write whenever I need is a really valuable thing.
I have been to some groupinairs, and they have been excellent: informative and professional, really worthwhile.
I intend to renew my subscription, and will keep it for as long as I need the support.
FYI, I have never stuck with a counselor before for more than two sessions, and I have tried 5 or 6 over a span of 20 years!
