My husband and I have a few Groove rings. He has the Zeus - he damaged it at work and the company immediately replaced it with no issues. I ordered a ring and ended up not liking it, and the company exchanged my rings quickly and easily. The rings are comfortable and we wear our Groove rings more than our traditional bands.
