I purchased a women's Apple watchband and matching ring from Groove Life. After I made the purchase, I realized that I ordered the wrong size ring. I messaged Groove Life through Facebook Messenger and they responded immediately. I tried to catch the order before it had processed, but it was too late. My assumption was that I would have to wait until the wrong size came, contact them again, then do a return and hope that there wasn't a fee. Not with this company. They were so accommodating! They shipped out the correct size ring before I even got the other and told me to just swap the packages when it comes, and return the incorrect size. No additional charges or return/restock fees. Seriously the best customer service of any online store that I've ever purchased from, and I do a lot of online shopping! Each time I've had to contact them, even with just a general question, they are always so polite and quick to respond. The customer service alone would make me a repeat customer, but I love the comfort and style of my ring and band and will definitely be ordering from them again.
