I joined therapy because I didn't know what else to do with the dangerously heightened anxiety I was facing in the past months. Since speaking to Brent, he has helped me realize that although I can help others, I cannot force them to change, and that that's not my responsibility. He helped me realize I cannot live a life anticipating worst-case scenarios, something which I have been battling with for a while now. He offered me techniques that have helped me be a better communicator as well as tools to better look after myself during times of extreme stress.
