My husband loved his Groove ring but sadly lost it. We looked everywhere but could not find it. I knew they had a great warranty so went about trying to get a replacement. First tried to call but could not reach a live person. Hit the button to return or replace but it told me I could not return the ring and gave me no other options for replacement. They did ask if I wanted to do a chat, which I did and was told his ring was no longer an option. I could choose another so he picked out one and amazingly the chat was still open and connected with the same person. That never happens. They are replacing the lost ring and even waived the small charge to replace because we could not get the same ring. This went from a not easy to get started process to outstanding customer service in the end. Thank you, Groove!
