My experience has been so beneficial by using this service. In two sessions I have made great strides. It is so convenient. I was hesitant about using online service for therapy but I am very pleased. I would have to drive miles from my home to get someone on my insurance. The cost is what my co-pay would be. If you're in doubt, give it a try. I think they offer one week free. The other plus is if you have a bad day you can text your counselor on the BetterHelp site and they will answer you when they don’t have a client. I have been using Gayle Reed. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with her.
