My mat and taps just came today. I immediately put them on my sneakers, put the CD in, and went straight to the Basics. WHAT A FUN, ENCOURAGING TEACHER. Went on to the first routine's steps and with music, then the second one, and 30 minutes flew by. I AM IN LOVE WITH TAPfit! Don't listen to the nay-sayers. My size L taps went onto my wide, walking sneakers with just a little effort, and DONE! I wear a 9.5 sneaker. So go have fun, as I am!
